Pray Always in the Spirit

Holy SPirit

As we conclude our Bible Reading Challenge, I pray that we will commit ourselves to continued study and prayer as we seek to more faithfully live as disciples of Jesus in the world. I hope this time of study and reflection has been both spiritually enriching and challenging. God’s Word is our source of wisdom and strength, but it also challenges us to grow and change as we mature in our faith. God’s Word is like a mirror. When we gaze into it, we see both our brokenness that is in need of healing, but we also see glimpses of who we truly are – beloved children of God called to live in the fullness of God’s presence both now and for eternity! Let us pray:

O loving Father, grant that your Church, being gathered by your Holy Spirit, may be dedicated more fully to your service, and live united in love, according to your will; through Jesus Christ our Lord, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, forever and ever. Amen.
